At Hart Wholesale, we strive to ensure your hardware and home improvement supplies meet your exact specifications. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and ensure they are securely boxed to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our designated returns center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resellable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
